First 2-hour Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment
- Blood Nutrient Analysis – Blood testing is among the most important preventative tool to avoid health problems. Our Blood Nutrient Analysis is a comprehensive blood panel, in which nutrient diagnostics are performed, analyzed and used to determine which foods and supplements are right for you. The blood results are analyzed from a nutritional perspective rather than medicinal. Blood tests are performed off-site prior to your first visit.
- Vitamins and Minerals Analysis – Vitamins and minerals are essential to life and play a vital role in maintaining every part of your body, and help keep your immune system and brain functioning well. To help you eliminate the guess work from choosing supplements, we will design a supplement program to ensure that your body functions at its optimum capacity.
- Nutrition History – We will focus on your food and nutrition related history including a 3-day food diary, food preferences and portion sizes as well as your exercise and lifestyle habits.
