My specialties are general nutrition counseling, weight loss, diabetes, cardiovascular nutrition, disease prevention, sports nutrition and mindful eating techniques. As a Folsom based dietitian and nutritionist, I enjoy finding creative solutions to keep you motivated to make positive lifestyle changes and to meet your nutrition and health goals. In my spare time, I enjoy reading nutrition and science journals, working out at the local gym (spinning, yoga and cardio training), hiking, the outdoors, cooking healthy meals and spending time with my family.
